Fantastic is the only word
I am in a freaking fantastic mood today. This is a large contrast to the last 2 weeks where I have sat in bed crying, eating crappy food and feeling sorry for myself. I think the peak of this sob fest was two nights ago was when Kathleen had to bang on my window to let her in.
Today, I feel fucking fantastic. You know the day after the day after the day after a hangover, or the flu, or whatever. That feeling. I walked down to the little torta place by my old apartment, bought a mexican coke, talked anime with the cashier dude who is totally into One Piece, and walked very very slowly home in the fantastic Mission sunshine.
I think my pity party is finally over. It's nice to be back.
xoxo
In other news, I am flying to Seattlein a few hourstomorrow morning for PAX where I will Fragdoll it up for a few days. A bunch of the formers are flying up for the event, and can't wait to meet everyone! See you guys Friday.

I'm sorry you've had such a rough couple of weeks, Kat. But I'm so glad to hear that you're feeling better! I wish for your continued happiness. You're a wonderful person, and that's what you deserve.
I'll be on holiday in Texas and enjoying a non-lame internet connection in a little over a week, and catching up on Reset is at the top of my agenda. You look so stunning in the screen cap you just posted! I'm totally crushing on you. I know...I should get in line. ;]
Have fun in Seattle!

Mexican cokes are in old glass bottles and have more sugar in them than our cokes. They are super yummy. Perfect breakfast cocktail.

The way you describe it sounds like those few moments of bliss without a specific reason (when you actually feel good in the moment) ... couldn't they come more often?
You radiate girl! :O) Make them bleed at PAX and have fun!

when you mentioned mexican coke I thought you were talking about their own carbonated water concoction like Jarritos or something.
little did I know it's 'the real thing'. mexican coke sounds super disgusting, anyway.
enjoy.

Kat got to leave out that when I did rap on her window(I had to straddle a very wide rail to reach it), she responded at first with,
"WHOSIT!?!!" and if she had been chewing bullets I would've been one dead Romeo. I advice anyone who wants to attempt a similar romantic rendevouz with Ms. Kat to call first.
Happily, once I said, "Its me, Kathleen! Lemmieen!" She opened her door to me and much girlie babbling and all around wallowing in estrogen commenced. Kat makes everything much more bearable, even when she can't bear anymore.
And she's f'ing hot.
miss you! Be safe with the burning mens.

I agree, Kat is SUPER HAWT!! Hung out with her at PAX and had a great time. Wish it could have been longer.
I'll remember next time to call before I tap on the window :)
Have a great time at Burning Man and let loose.

Steel is indeed a beast, and I love that about him. He is also the sweetest man you will ever meet. Check out my flickr photos being updated as I get around to it ;)
