Does the devil have a soul?

"ESPN and Electronic Arts today announced a 15-year partnership, giving EA access to ESPN's broadcast, print and online content - as well as its stable of personalities - for all of its sports titles. The integration of the two brands will begin in 2006
"[via CNN Money]

Yea, verily, but where do Visual Concepts fit into the picture? You know, the developer that's suffering the most??

"Humans say the Road to Hell is paved with good intentions...Why? Do they think there's a shortage of bad ones?"

I was just watching a tv show as I read this and that was the quote on screen at the start. Seemed fitting.. .Hahaha

... I had a comment to say here... but it would be so great and insulting EA might try and buy the rights to it.

Electronic Arts has officially bought the youth of America.

Wow, they actually have that much money. Fucking scary.

I just got a contract gig with EA, so I have to say something siccophantic and gushingly pro-EA......

This is great news!!!! it's a sign of good things to come! I can't wait to see the fruits of this amazingly positive partnership!!!

Deep down, I honestly don't know how this benefits the sports game industry or it's fans........or makes the games better. They always had John Madden locked in. Who cares if Dick Vitale or the personalites of Sportsnation or whoever is hosting in game?

On a side note: the ESPN website blows superfantabulous chunks.

The devil does have a soul. Unfortunately, Electronic Arts recently signed it to a 17-year exclusive partnership.

If that's the case, John, the new version of Diablo's going to be verrrrry interesting.

Best regards from NY!
