Crackdown on Prisoners
"blueZhift writes "Missouri's most violent criminals will no longer be permitted to play violent video games that simulate the kind of offenses that resulted in their incarceration in the first place."[via GameTab]
Am I the only one who did not know prisoners had an XBox in their cell?

Heh.
Take away all the games with violence - not only the gangster games GTA, Hitman, and Manhunt, but also Halo, Ghost Recon, Splinter Cell, and the like - and your left with karaoke games. Reason enough to commit violence on your fellow inmate.
And technically they don't have xbox. They have playstation. But I don't think they deserve even that. They're criminals........give them ataris. But definitely no pitfall.
I hope you weren't too offended by the unsolicited advise below. I'm bad about that. Giving unsolicited advise,I mean.

and somehow we shouldn't take away these violent games from people NOT in jail yet? You can't tell me the most innocent and honest of men haven't played the game(s) and then found themselves walking down the street with thoughts of how easy it'd be to "jack that car & fuck that guy up"....
I know I'm talking to the wrong crowd here - but it's a little scary!
