Infinium needs cash

"Infinium Labs, the company working to release a PC-as-console called the Phantom as well as a proprietary content-distribution network, filed statements with the Securities and Exchange commission confirming its current capital difficulties. The company's filings indicate a working capital deficiency of $10,611,532. If Infinium can't raise additional funds, it will be unable to continue functioning let alone release a console. The management discussion section of the documents indicate the company needs $11.5 million to launch the Phantom Game Service and sell the first 10,000 Phantom consoles. SG Capital is working to help the company raise additional funds."
