WoW Patch released
"800 MB Patch adds new Hunter class. The patch will also contains boats and zeppelins for character transport%2C a new level cap raised to 55 and a wide variety of item stats have been changed. Players can now share quests with an entire party%3B new micro-dungeon designs have been introduced and a large amount of general and class specific tweaks and enhancements applied."

Especially loved that part: "Please do not jump off of Boats and/or Zeppelins when riding them. Keep in mind that the Goblin Transit Authority is not responsible for accidents of this nature and you may land in a place where you cannot reach your corpse."

Welllllllll ... answering in-game, you probably do get your body bag at a cemetary, but paying for it with experience. If you stayed dead, hmm. This is the US, so you probably could sue. ;)
